The Art of Queueing

Eilinen jono San Diegon eläintarhan idioottivarman helppoon lippuautomaattiin...

An old friend of mine, let's call him Banderas, drag my attention to queues a long time ago. He said that people, those cute gregarious animals, follow the example of the others and join the queue without checking if there is less queue further away or even a free cashier. This phenomenon can be well observed not only in the supermarket cashiers on Saturday afternoon but also in the entrances of zoos, amusement parks, stadiums and other big events.

After this valuable remark, I have managed my queueings much faster or what do you say about this:

The queue yesterday for the San Diego Zoo idiot-proof easy self-service ticket machine...

...versus jonot lippukassoille...Olen puhunut.

...versus the queues for the other cashiers...I have spoken.
